Questions
Good to know
Do I have to stop using my spreadsheets?
No. Your Google Sheets stay your source of truth, in your own account. You can keep updating them exactly as you do today, or use simple screens in the dashboard to mark things done and add new items, which write straight back to the sheet. Either way, every row is still yours to open, filter, export or share.
My data is a mess. Is that OK?
Yes. That's where most projects start. Control includes light cleanup and Command includes full cleanup. If something important was never tracked, like who owns a task, I'll set up that tracking first.
Where can the data come from?
Google Sheets, Excel, Google Forms, Gmail, Google Calendar, or exports from tools like QuickBooks, Square, Shopify and Jobber. If it can become a spreadsheet, it can feed your dashboard.
Will you need my password?
No. You share the sheets with me as Editor. The dashboard is handed over in your account and you approve Google's permission screen once.
Do I need to pay for any software?
No. It runs on Google Sheets and Google Apps Script in your own Google account, free Gmail or Workspace.
Who can see the dashboard?
You decide: just you, your team, or anyone in your Google Workspace. It's a private link, not a public website.
How is this different from a template or Looker Studio?
Templates show what they were built to show. I start from how your operation runs and build in your rules, owners and exceptions, the details that turn data into decisions.
RRahelaFounder, Bluskai Systems
I've spent more than ten years leading operations teams, including at a healthcare technology company, where I lead a support organization of about 30 people and the company's AI enablement work.
Along the way I built the dashboards those teams ran on every day: team accountability, revenue and operations visibility. They worked because they answered the questions an ops leader actually asks.
Bluskai Systems brings that same approach to small businesses that run on spreadsheets and deserve better visibility than a pile of tabs.
